Fatherheart Maternity Home Fatherheart is more than a maternity home. This home is open to those who genuinely desire to learn and to prepare for their future and for their baby’s future.

It’s a protected environment where young women find staff who support them emotionally, spiritually and walk alongside those in a crisis or find themselves at a crossroad for change. It’s a protected environment where young women find loving house parents and staff who support them emotionally and spiritually through their pregnancies. The girls at Fatherheart are able to continue their education,

receive medical care and counseling, and experience camaraderie with other girls in the house. Because our staff understands that choosing between parenting and adoption is such a difficult and personal decision, we offer support for either choice and help to lay a foundation for success for both the mother and her child. Residents are not charged a “fee,” but families who are able to help with their daughter’s expenses are encouraged to do so on a donation basis. Each young mom also has a chance to grow emotionally, academically and spiritually through carefully planned programs.

Whether you want to serve a few hours a week or jump into hands-on ministry, Living Alternatives has meaningful opportunities for you to make an eternal impact. ❤️

✨ Serve at the Pregnancy Resource Center — Love and support women facing unplanned pregnancies with compassion and hope.

🤝 Mentor through Building Blocks — Encourage and equip moms as they learn and grow; childcare is provided for clients while mentors serve.

🙏 Join our Prayer Room ministry — Come pray for conversations and healing that happen every day in our ministry.

🛠 Help care for our property — Individuals, families, and groups are invited to mow, clean, organize, and help keep our grounds welcoming.

🤱 Support Great Expectations Birthing Classes — Certified doulas and childbirth educators, we need you!

🚐 Volunteer with the Mobile Center — Be a greeter, advocate, nurse, driver, or support team member for this life-changing outreach.

🛍 Serve in The Shop at Axia — Help clients “earn and learn” essentials and build positive momentum in their journey.

👶 Provide Childcare — Love on little ones while their moms are meeting with our team — a beautiful way to share Jesus’ love.

💛 Whatever your gifts — from prayer, mentoring, serving behind the scenes, or encouraging families — there’s a place for you here!

Thank you Mercy Ships for assigning this wonderful group to work and serve at Fatherheart today. We were truly blessed by the various projects accomplished by their many hands. If anyone would like to bring their group out we have plenty projects still to be done. Let us know. We can keep you busy and have fun at the same time.
