🎨 **CALDWELL ARTS ACADEMY | BACK-TO-SCHOOL REMINDERS** 🎨

We’re excited to welcome our Caldwell families! Here are a few important reminders as we kick off the school year:

🏫 **FIRST DAY | AUGUST 12**
• Parents may walk students into the building **on the first day only**.
• Beginning **August 13**, students will walk in independently.

🚪 **ARRIVAL**
• **Doors open at 7:15 AM.**
• School begins at **8:00 AM**.

🍎 **LUNCH VISITORS**
• Lunch visitors will **not be permitted August 12–21**.
• Visitors may begin joining students for lunch on **August 24**. This gives our teachers and students time to establish our lunchroom routines and procedures.

🚗 **DISMISSAL**
• Dismissal is **3:45–4:00 PM**.
• **Car tags are required** for pickup and should be displayed in your windshield.
• Dismissal changes must be communicated to the office by **3:15 PM**.

🎾🏊 **MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS**
• **Tennis:** Drop off at **Legacy High School at 7:30 AM**.
• **Swim:** Pick up from the **CTC at 4:30 PM**.
• Practices begin **August 12**!

*** Don't forget *** Summer is almost over which means it's time to read, read, read! Catwell has read ALL of these books and gave them stellar reviews! Just a reminder, this is required reading for 3rd through 8th grade.

Also, if you have not picked up your teacher card, they are in the front office! Come on by and find out who your teacher is!

Just a reminder!!

We have two very important events tomorrow here at Caldwell Arts Academy! First up, 6th grade orientation. This is a great time for your incoming 6th graders to see their old friends and make some new ones, and to learn what exciting and fun things they will experience as a middle schooler at Caldwell. Please drop your 6th grader off at the gym entrance on Bois d'Arc. This event is from 9am to 12pm.

Next up, we have Kinder U and New Family U. If your student is going into kindergarten or new to Caldwell, we would love you to join us for this informative meeting. We want to be sure we can answer any and all questions you have, so please leave those kiddos at home and bring those questions! This event begins at 6pm.
