Here's something of tremendous benefit that has emerged from the Washington Legislature this year. Not only a benefit for our growing population of the food insecure in this inflationary economy, but also for the general population of nearly 6 million Washingtonians. Always good to have a plan prior to an emergency that might not happen rather than have to scramble in crisis mode when it does happen.
