We closed out our Leadership Academy with a powerful and thought-provoking final session focused on Empathetic Leadership and the importance of responding to the human needs of today’s workforce.

In the afternoon, participants came together for Guided Conversations, offering a supportive space to exchange real-world experiences, reflect on personal leadership journeys, and gain new insights from one another.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Leadership Academy. You’ve helped build a stronger, more compassionate library leadership community.
