Although Election Day did not turn out as I hoped, I am excited for the next chapter. It has been an honor to serve the residents of Twinsburg for the last eight years. In that time we have accomplished some great things for our wonderful city, and I am proud of what we have done.

The City is in great shape. We have an amazing Mayor and City Council. My congratulations go out to Mr. Post and Mr. Bellan on their reelections. I wish Mr. Castillo success in his new position on City Council. Together this team will continue to move the City in a positive direction.

Thank you to my family, my friends, and my colleagues for their continued support. I truly could not have done any of this without them.

Finally, Thank you to all the residents of Twinsburg for putting your trust in me the past eight years. I am humbled by your support. This isn’t the end of anything, it is the beginning of a new chapter. My heart will always be with Twinsburg.

Hi - My name is Scott Barr and I'm asking for your vote for Twinsburg City Council this November.

I just want to let everybody know that transparence is extremely important to me, this administration and this Council.

Over the last eight years we've worked really hard to make sure our meetings are transparent, open to the public, video tapes and often online within 24 hours of the meeting date.

The meetings are the second and and fourth Tuesday of every month. And hey... you don't even need to be running for Council to attend.

Stop by and see us.

Scott Barr. Tuesday, November 4th.

Thank you , Mayor Procop.

Hi - My name is Scott Barr and I'm running for Twinsburg City Council this November.

My opponents mentioned that we need more park land. I just want to remind everybody that we've spent several years acquiring more park land than anybody in Summit County. With the exception of the federal parks, no one has more parks than the City of Twinsburg.

Let's keep Twinsburg naturally beautiful. Help me continue to make forward progress for the city.

Vote Scott Barr November 4th.

Protecting our Police and Fire Service Pensions has always been a priority for me.

Hello Twinsburg... My name is Scott Barr.

People often ask me, "What's the most important piece of legislation you've accomplished over the past eight years?"

And I always tell them the same thing. It was passing Issue 2. Making sure that our police officers and firefighters have their pension obligations covered by the City.

Please vote Scott Barr November 4th.

Thank you for your support , Councilman Bonacci!

Scott Barr - 8 Years of Accomplishments

Hi, my name is Scott Barr, and I'm running for re-election for Twinsburg City Council this November.

People ask me, "Scott... What have you guys accomplished in the past 8 years?"

Man... we've accomplished a lot.

Twinsburg has moved toward a balanced budget so we are fiscally responsible.

We've poured millions of dollars into our aging infrastructure to make sure our people have the tools and resources they need to take care of the residents.

We've passed sweeping legislation that totally re-wrote the zoning code to bring it up to speed with what's currently being built in our community.

And... I'm proud to say that we passed a police and fire pension initiative to make sure our public safety folks are taken care of.

Vote Scott Barr this November 4th. Let me continue to do great things for the residents.
