There is something special about Christine. She truly believes it takes a village to raise a child, and she goes above and beyond to be part of that village for so many children and families in our community.
After a 33-year career in finance, Christine became a CASA volunteer and has now been advocating for children for more than four years. To some of the children and families she serves, she is affectionately known as "Miss Queen"—a testament to the love, support, and trust she brings to every relationship.
When asked about her most meaningful experiences as a CASA volunteer, Christine shared:
"Building relationships with both the children and their biological parents has been the most rewarding part of this work. My views don't always align with the parents, but they know I care about their children and respect what I do. Because of that, they are often willing to open up and work toward positive change."
Thank you, Christine, for your unwavering commitment, your advocacy, and for loving others so well. We are grateful for the difference you make every day.
