Dutch Bros Coffee is partnering with the Idaho Foodbank for a Give Back Day at two Twin Falls locations. $1 from every drink sold on Friday, December 19th will benefit the Idaho Foodbank to help fight food insecurity in South Central Idaho. Purchase a drink or two at either location, Blue Lakes Blvd. or Pole Line Rd., to be a part of the movement.

✨ This time of year, most kids are counting down to Christmas morning… but some are counting down to their next treatment. ✨

While the world is wrapped in sparkle and celebration, many children will spend the holidays in hospital rooms — away from home, away from school concerts, away from the magic other kids get to experience without a second thought.

These brave kids are fighting battles bigger than their age, and yet they’re often the ones we forget in the holiday rush. No twinkling lights in their windows. No smell of cookies from the kitchen. Just machines beeping, nurses caring, and families hoping.

🎁 This Christmas, let’s make sure kids at St. Luke's in the Magic Valley aren’t overlooked!

A small act of love — a donated toy, a warm message, a moment of joy — can turn a sterile hospital room into a place where childhood can breathe again.

For 53 years, United Way of South Central Idaho has walked alongside this community—helping families find stability, helping kids learn and grow, and bringing people together to care for one another.

Today, we’re sharing an important update:
United Way of South Central Idaho will wind down operations by the end of this year. This decision was not made lightly. But even in this transition, our focus remains the same: ensuring families continue receiving vital support without interruption.

What won’t change?
💙 Families will still be supported.
💛 Food distribution will continue through Everybody House.
🧡 Neighboring United Ways will step in to serve each county.

➡️ United Way of Treasure Valley will expand into the Twin Falls, Jerome, a portion of Blaine County, Camas, Elmore, Gooding, and Lincoln counties, as well as Jackpot, Nevada.

➡️ United Way of Southeastern Idaho will expand to Cassia County, Minidoka County, and a portion of Blaine County.

➡️ United Way of Eastern Idaho will expand into Custer and Butte Counties.

💚 Children will still have access to books through Book It Forward – Twin Falls, and we’re working to identify a new partner to continue the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.

We cannot express enough gratitude to every donor, volunteer, partner, school, and business that made this work possible. Your generosity—and the hope it created—will continue to ripple across Southern Idaho.
