Had a great time at the Legislative Water College with the Idaho Water Users Association! ⚙️💧

These events bring legislators and water users together to better understand Idaho’s water resources, the challenges facing them, and how to work through these challenges together.

Tour stops and discussion included:

💧 Twin Falls Canal Companies Modernization Project – This modernization project includes the use of telemetry, canal lining, and seepage control, to name a few.

💧 Buhl Drinking Water Facility & Wastewater Treatment Plant – A glance into the municipal water supply and treatment challenges in rural Idaho.

The Twin Falls School District's new free preschool program filled up less than two weeks after it was announced.

Elementary Programs Director Nancy Murphy said the district identified early childhood education as a long-standing need.
