The Twain Harte Community Services District (also referred to as THCSD, District or Twain Harte CSD) was formed on August 1, 1996, to provide water, sewer, park and recreation, fire protection and hydroelectric services to the Twain Harte community. We encourage people to follow us, respectfully interact, and to share ideas. The page is intended to highlight the good work being done by the District and its employees, to provide information about Twain Harte and Tuolumne county activities, and to disseminate information in a timely and cost effective manner. While this is a limited public forum, it is also a family friendly one, so we ask that you keep your comments clean and respectful and follow these user guidelines and terms of use.
