⛰️Carson – Regional Director, About Senior Living North Idaho
Carson’s six years of service in the U.S. Navy shaped his disciplined, service-oriented approach. With a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Christian Leadership, he leads with purpose and compassion. Growing up, Carson frequently accompanied his mother, Heather Shelly (founder of ASL), to assisted living facilities, igniting his passion for senior care. He’s also the founder of FEW, a ministry that mentors young men. Carson’s lifelong dedication to helping people fuels his mission to ensure seniors transition into environments where they can thrive with dignity and support.

Moorea is the heart of our client relations, offering a warm and personalized touch to families as they navigate the process of senior housing placement. Moorea, daughter of Heather Shelly (founder of ASL), has a big heart for families and helping them through what can be a didficult time. ☀️ Heather (right) – Owner & Lead Director
Heather knows how difficult it can be to make the decision to transition a loved one to a care facility. With her “care management” approach, she personally tours facilities with families, follows up, and ensures they are satisfied with her thoughtful recommendations. Heather is passionate about supporting the senior community and advocates for those in the later stages of life.

☀️ Becky (left) – Placement Specialist
Becky, a California native, has a rich background in the senior care industry, starting as a CNA and working her way to a licensed RCFE administrator. With experience teaching CPR & First Aid, providing caregiver training, and facilitating support groups, Becky’s mission is to create safe, enriching environments where seniors can thrive. She feels truly honored to help families find the best fit for their loved ones.
