What a week June 25 through July 5 was, Veterans Sports Park became a living tribute to 250 years of American independence.

250 flags. Hundreds of personal dedications. Families walking the Field of Honor®. Students sharing what America means to them. Live music, friends and family, veterans, and a community that showed up to honor service, sacrifice, and the freedoms we share.

Thank you to everyone who dedicated a flag, attended the ceremony, brought their kids, or simply paused among the red, white, and blue. Tustin’s first Field of Honor was more than a display, it was a reminder of who we are and who we stand with.

Proud to call Tustin home. Grateful for those who served. Ready for the next 250.

September 11, 2001. Twenty-five years.

The City of Tustin remembers the thousands of lives lost that morning, honors the first responders who ran toward the danger, and stands with the families who still carry that day with them.

We will not forget.
