Okayyyy Jazelyn and Hakeem… 🥹🤎

After keeping their marriage a secret for an entire YEAR, these two finally got to have this beautiful dance surrounded by their family and friends at their surprise anniversary celebration.

And their song?

Baby, it FIT them.

But what I loved most wasn't even the song.

It was THEM.

The smiling. The laughing. The way they looked at each other. Nothing felt forced or like they were trying to create a moment for the cameras.

Rising above the oaks in Tuscaloosa stands one of Alabama's most striking and mysterious old homes. The Drish House, with its tall square tower and blend of Greek Revival and Italianate style, has watched over the city since the 1830s and is wrapped in nearly two centuries of history and legend.

It was built for Dr. John Drish, a physician and planter, as a grand showplace of the antebellum era. Over the years the beautiful home served many purposes, from a private residence to a school to a church, each chapter adding to its rich story.

The house is perhaps best known for the ghostly tales that surround its tower, where locals long claimed to see a flickering, phantom light. Whether one believes such stories or not, they have only added to the deep sense of history that clings to the old walls.

Lovingly restored and preserved, the Drish House stands today as a treasured Tuscaloosa landmark. It is a beautiful reminder of the grandeur and the mystery of Alabama's storied past.
