Message from Affordable Veterinary Clinic about change for the 25th:
Unfortunately, due to mechanical issues with our rig, we can't make our last date up there on September 25. We will be parked at Raptor Ranch on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We can make 6 miles from our house to Raptor Ranch, but 20 miles is risky, unfortunately.

We are sorry for the inconvenience to our Grand Canyon patients.

Residents affected by Grand Canyon flash floods attended a meeting led by park officials who outlined water system repairs and ongoing conservation efforts.

The recent flash flood tragedy at Grand Canyon National Park has deeply affected our community. Our thoughts are with the families, friends and all those impacted. As we welcome visitors, we ask everyone to stay mindful, stay safe and support one another.

Both the North and South Rims of Grand Canyon National Park are open to visitors, even as overnight accommodations inside the park remain temporarily closed. Travelers can still enjoy the canyon’s stunning views and stay comfortably in nearby gateway communities of Tusayan and Williams on the South Rim and Jacob Lake, Marble Canyon and Cliff Dwellers on the North Rim.
