Tuesday night was the Spring Band Concert for all the bands at Cascade Junior High School and Cascade High School. They've all had a great year!

Today Mrs. Thomas' 2nd grade class at Aumsville Elementary met their Pen Pals from Cascade High School's AVID 9 class for a picnic party!

The objective of this AVID community service project was to encourage literacy and collaborative learning across both classes. Over Spring Trimester, our ninth graders swapped letters and shopped for books they loved from their own elementary years to share with Mrs. Thomas' class.

Today, they met in person for the first time at a popsicle picnic celebration and had a chance to read with their Pen Pals afterward. It was a day of great fun and shared learning!

Cloverdale Elementary students had some great learning opportunities this week!

The fourth graders embarked on an exciting journey to the End of the Trail in Oregon City. They had the opportunity to pack a wagon, try on various outfits, and engage in school-like activities. The third-grade class saw science in action with a field trip to OMSI. And, the first-grade students visited the Oregon Zoo this week. They had a great time learning about and exploring the various animals.

Graduation Walk is the tradition that makes the tears flow for teachers and parents!

Cascade High School graduating seniors walked through Cascade Junior High School and then went back to the elementary schools they attended, where students greeted them with signs, cheers, and high fives.

Tonight is graduation for the Class of 2026! Here ​are some important reminders:

Graduation Parking Information:

Family, friends, and community members may begin arriving at 5:30 PM on Wednesday for graduation.

To help alleviate traffic and congestion, two entrances will be open for parking:

•The main high school entrance
•The junior high entrance

We are grateful to the Turner Fire Department for generously volunteering their time to assist with parking and help ensure a smooth arrival process for everyone.

We are excited to celebrate our graduating seniors and look forward to seeing you tonight at 7:00 PM!

Graduation Livestream Information:

We are excited to announce that this year's graduation ceremony will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person.

While the audio and video quality may not be perfect, the livestream provides an opportunity for family members and friends to celebrate and support our graduating seniors from anywhere.

Last Friday, the first graders at Turner Elementary had their first Reader's Theater!

THANK YOU CASCADE COMMUNITY!!

The results will not be certified and final until June 15, but we believe that our construction bond has passed! There are currently 309 more yes votes than no votes, and the County Clerk says there are at most 300 more votes left to count.

We are extremely grateful for the support from our community in these uncertain economic times. This investment will allow us to make critical repairs, improvements, and renovations in all our schools. We will be good stewards of these funds, focusing on practical, long term help for our buildings. We will continue to prove your trust in us!

Tons of fun learning outside at Turner Elementary's Science, Safety, and Exploration Day!

Fifth grade helpers led younger students around to a bunch of different learning areas. A walk through maze that taught about the circulatory system, water quality, wild life and plant learning, safety, creativity, and more!
