🚧 PARDON OUR DUST! 🚧

The site improvement project at Turlock Fire Station 33 is officially underway!

Project #25-020, funded through ARPA funds, will bring several much-needed upgrades to the station, including:

• Replacement of ramps and driveways
• Improvements to the station’s back lot
• Replacement of fencing and gates
• Drainage improvements

This project is especially significant as it marks a major renovation to Station 33 as well as the use of ARPA funds and not general fund money.

We appreciate the community’s patience while this important work is completed. These improvements will help ensure Station 33 continues to serve our firefighters and the community for years to come. The station will remain open and staffed during the renovation.

🚒 Thank you to the Turlock City Council and the community for your continued support of the Turlock Fire Department!

The City of Turlock Fire Department is taking road safety in Turlock to the next level with Safety Cloud by HAAS Alert. This technology sends digital alerts to nearby drivers when our emergency vehicles are responding to an incident. You'll receive these alerts directly on your in-dash system if you drive a 2024 or newer model of Volkswagen vehicles or 2018 and newer models of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM, or through popular navigation apps like Waze and Apple Maps.

By giving you extra time to slow down and move over, Safety Cloud helps reduce collision risks by up to 90% and supports compliance with California Move Over laws. Let's work together to make our roads safer for everyone - share with friends and family to spread the word.

Month of July: Alerted 3,790 drivers (from 2 engines)
