A huge shoutout to Turin Ambulance Inc. and Constableville Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. for letting us borrow this guy & the stretcher for training purposes earlier this week! We love working with the agencies local to our Rome base!

A rare sight to see! Constableville, west Leyden and Turin ambulances were requested to standby at the boonville Oneida county fair as boonville ambulances were busy handling other emergencies. A perfect example of volunteers from multiple communities dropping everything to answer a call for help!

Teamwork is a huge part of EMS! Sometimes we request our regional air medical agencies to aide in minimizing patient transport times from scene to the appropriate healthcare facilities, in hopes of better patient outcomes.

On December 4th we had the pleasure of participating in the Lewis County shop with a cop event hosted by the Lewis county sheriff's office. Two of our dedicated EMS providers participated in this event, helping a local child find the best Christmas gifts possible! As always it was a pleasure to work with other local agencies in making this event possible and putting all the smiles on everyone's faces. We hope everyone has a merry Christmas and look forward to next year's shop with a cop!
