On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced unimaginable loss. Today, we honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives taken that day, the families and loved ones who continue to carry their absence, and the countless heroes who ran toward danger to help others.
We remember the courage of first responders, the strength of survivors, and the extraordinary acts of kindness and unity that emerged in the days that followed.
May we never forget the lives lost, the sacrifices made, and the importance of standing together in times of tragedy.
Twenty-five years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget.
