Washington State Corporations and Charities Division Mission: "Providing essential business and charitable information to promote public trust."

The Corporations Division records formation and maintenance documents for nearly 400,000 business-related entities in the state of Washington, including domestic and foreign (out-of-state) corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies. The Division also registers state-level trademarks, international student exchange programs, immigration assistants, and accepts service of process on corporations failing to maintain a registered agent.
