Tulsa County has some amazing people living among us, and at the top are legendary public safety servants like former TPD Homicide Sgt. Mike Huff, who solved many murders to include the Southern Hill Country Club hit man murder of Roger Wheeler.

Today, Mike serves as the volunteer coordinator of the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office Cold Case investigators division. We have worked with Mike for the past 25 years and his passion remains the same. Thank you Rotary Club of Sand Springs and John M. Fothergill Tulsa County Treasurer (President) for hosting and honoring this incredible man.

Violent crime and crime in general is down in Tulsa County.

We are so proud to partner with the great law enforcement agencies we have in Tulsa County to find truth, seek justice, and keep our community safe!

Tulsa Police say violent crime is trending down as the department plans a new downtown division, a headquarters move and other structural changes while also making an arrest in a recent homicide investigation.

DA Kunzweiler spoke to the Financial Planning Association of Tulsa about how to protect their clients from title theft.

Tulsa County has assembled a task force to crack down on offenders and protect private property from fraud. Our office will prosecute offenders who try and take advantage of what is usually elderly victims in these matters.

Our office is thankful for the Tulsa Police Department’s Special Victims Unit that works hand in hand with us on some of the most difficult cases. These crimes include sexual assaults, domestic violence, and crimes against vulnerable victims. They have been unwavering in our partnership to find truth and seek justice for victims of these terrible crimes.

TPD’s supervisor for this unit is moving to another state, and we wish him, and the team he is leaving behind, the very best.
