Tulsa Crime Stoppers A Tulsa-based 501(c)3 non-profit providing valuable crime prevention services to residents and public safety providers in greater Tulsa.

The mission of the Crime Prevention Network, doing business as Tulsa Crime Stoppers, is to provide valuable crime prevention education and safety awareness services to residents and public safety providers in the greater Tulsa area. Tulsa Crime Stoppers is an anonymous crime reporting hotline offering cash rewards for reporting criminal activity in Tulsa and surrounding counties. Since its incepti

on, Crime Stoppers has been directly responsible for the solution of over 6,200 felony cases and boosts an 85% arrest rate based on the tips received. More than $12 million in stolen property and narcotics has been recovered and the organization has has committed over $450,000 in rewards. Currently we receive over 3,600 tips per year. Training is also provided through the Alert Neighbor program to train citizen patrols to help keep neighborhoods safe. Since its inception in 1980, well over a million residents in the Tulsa area have received this training. The Alert Neighbor program enlists citizen participation in crime prevention through neighborhood meetings where safety in the home and neighborhood are emphasized. In addition, Tulsa Crime Stoppers has two programs focusing on young people. Project Trust is a multi-faceted project designed to build trust of police officers in our communities. Officers go into classrooms for 6 weeks. They will have demonstrations and talk with students about police work. Tulsa Police Reading Patrol and our Book Nooks have officers going into schools and/or apartment complexes and reading with kids. Our Book Nooks are placed in many apartment complexes overinflated free books to kids. With the support of law enforcement, media, and the community, together we will create a safe place to live, work and play!

🚨 TWO TEENS SHOT IN PARKING LOT GUNFIGHT 🚨

What started as an attempted robbery ended with both teenagers being shot.

Investigators say a 16-year-old tried to rob a 17-year-old at gunpoint in an apartment parking lot near 71st & Memorial. Instead of handing over his belongings, the 17-year-old pulled out a gun of his own, and the two exchanged gunfire.

Both teens were injured, one went to a nearby store for help, the other went home to get help. Both are expected to recover.

The 16-year-old suspect is expected to be booked on charges of Armed Robbery and Shooting with Intent to Kill once released from the hospital.

Tulsa Police are asking for the public’s help after shots were fired into a home near 22nd & Pittsburg early Wednesday morning.

Detectives are asking neighbors near 22nd Place, South Oswego Place, and South Pittsburg Avenue to check home security or doorbell cameras between 1:15 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. for suspicious activity or fleeing vehicles.

Tulsa Police are searching for Jeffery Shane Aguirre (33) in connection with the deadly shooting that happened May 17th at the Trade Winds Central Inn near Skelly Drive.

Aguirre is considered armed and dangerous. Police say he may currently be wearing his hair in a ponytail.

The Tulsa Police Department is investigating a shooting early Sunday morning near 63rd St. N. and Cheyenne that left two people injured.

A 27-year-old woman was shot in the chest, and a 16-year-old boy was shot in the arm. Both are expected to survive.

🚨 15 Shots Fired at West Tulsa Apartment Complex 🚨

A 26-year-old man was shot multiple times Friday night at the Western Pines Apartments near 21st & Maybelle.

Tulsa Police Department officers nearby heard around 15 gunshots and rushed to the scene, where they found the victim near the playground area suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He remains critical but stable and is expected to survive.

Right now, detectives are still working to determine who was responsible.

What started as a fight at a party inside Kraken Seafood Saturday night quickly turned into a gunfight in the parking lot near 51st & Memorial.

Three people were injured:
β–ͺ️ A 24-year-old woman
β–ͺ️ A 29-year-old man
β–ͺ️ A 20-year-old man

Investigators recovered multiple guns and more than 25 shell casings from the scene.

This happened in a crowded shopping center on a Saturday evening. Someone saw something. Someone likely recorded it.
