It is with great sadness we announce retired employee of Utility Supply Co. Larry Osterhout has passed away July 29th. Larry was our CFO and accountant for 43 years. Thoughts and prayers to Larry’s wife and kids during this difficult time.

​Larry Donald Osterhout was born on Saturday, December 8, 1945, in Drumright, Oklahoma the son of Reverend James Donald and Etheal Faye (Jenkins) Osterhout. He passed this life on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at his home in Tulsa, surrounded by his family. He was 77 years of age.

​Larry was a 1963 graduate of Charles Page High School in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam war and was honorably discharged. He received a degree from the Oklahoma School of Accountancy, now part of the University of Oklahoma - Tulsa. Larry was the accountant and Chief Financial Officer for Utility Supply Company for 43 years. On July 23, 1965, he married the former Miss Zenoma Farmer at the First Assembly of God Church in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

He was an avid golfer who loved spending time with his wife, sons, granddaughter and great-grandson. Larry enjoyed singing in the church choir. He was part of the Woodlake Assembly of God choir for several years and most recently in the First Presbyterian Church choir in Tulsa, where he and his wife have been members for the past 22 years.

And many nieces and nephews.

​Larry was preceded in death by his parents and an infant Child.
