For Mental Health Awareness Month, this year’s theme, “More Good Days Together”, reminds us that 1 in 5 people experience a mental health condition each year. Everyone has both good days and difficult days when it comes to mental health. Through awareness, education, and advocacy, we can support one another and help create more good days - together.

We believe mental health care is essential to every second chance.

For women navigating reentry after incarceration, dealing with past trauma and grief is often part of the journey. Resonance’s holistic approach meets women where they are – offering licensed counseling and trauma-informed case management in addition to peer and community support. We also recognize the importance of having fun! Community cooking and craft nights offer a welcome respite and chance to connect.

Lasting change starts with care, support, and the chance to heal. 🫶
