KIPP Tulsa KIPP Tulsa is a free, public, open-enrollment, college-preparatory, charter middle and high school.

Together with families and communities, we prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose —college, career, and beyond. Every day, KIPP students across the nation are proving that demography does not define destiny. Over 85 percent of our students are from low-income families and eligible for the federal free or reduced-price meals program, and 95 percent are Afric

an American or Latino. Nationally, more than 95 percent of KIPP middle school students have graduated high school, and more than 85 percent of KIPP alumni have gone on to college.

Last night, we celebrated the incredible KIPP Tulsa College Preparatory Middle School Class of 2026! 🎓✨

Family, friends, teachers, and loved ones gathered together to honor all that our 8th graders have accomplished throughout their middle school journey. From growth in the classroom to unforgettable memories and lasting friendships, this class has so much to be proud of.

We are beyond excited to watch them take their next step into high school and continue chasing their dreams. Once a Bulldog, always a Bulldog! 💙🐾

Before he was even old enough to attend KIPP Tulsa Middle School, Donterrio “DJ” Marzett Jr. was already part of the KIPP family — hanging out in his dad’s office, watching TV, and giving students fist bumps in the hallway. 💙🐾

Now, years later, DJ is graduating 8th grade and getting ready to take on high school! 🏫

This year has been full of growth, memories, and milestones, and we are so proud of the young man he’s becoming. DJ is excited for everything ahead in high school, and we know this is only the beginning of an incredible journey! 🎓✨
