These are the questions behind ImpactTulsa's Community Investments and Conditions Dashboard, the first of three sections in our updated data hub.

This section brings together a Fiscal Map of community investments, Tulsa Regional Demographics, a Child Equity Index, and a Partner Map, giving partners, policymakers, and community members a clear picture of the landscape our children are growing up in.

Our Data Dashboard is available on our website, and it is the most comprehensive look yet at the conditions, investments, and outcomes shaping the lives of Tulsa's 100,491 children and youth.

The dashboard is organized into three sections: Community Investments and Conditions, Cradle to Career, and Case Studies. Each one is designed to make our shared data accessible, actionable, and grounded in what is actually happening for young people across Tulsa.

Come with us to Boston ✈️

This summer, ImpactTulsa put together a cross sector team and headed to Boston for Harvard’s Institute for Success Planning as one of just a handful of communities picked for Cohort 4.

We learned from leading communities from across the country and had the opportunity to show them what’s working here: College Access Navigation, seCURE Tulsa, Credible Messengers, Tulsa Public Schools’ case management model, and how ImpactTulsa uses data to drive collective impact.

It was an honor to share our community’s work and to learn from others in collective impact.

Every year, the ImpactTulsa team steps away from the day-to-day to do something essential: learn together.

ImpactU is our annual internal learning week, a dedicated space for the team to go deep on data, align across projects, and sharpen the strategies we use to support children, youth, and families across Tulsa. It is where we reflect on what is working, build new tools, and reconnect to our shared goal of ensuring 100,491 Tulsa youth are on a path to economic mobility by 2030.

Next week, the team heads into ImpactU. Follow along as we share what we are learning and building.
