We’re thrilled to welcome Emma Francois to YST as our new Associate Director of Community Engagement!

Emma was born and raised in Tulsa and attended YST programming as a teenager. They are so glad to be back at the place that shaped them and gave them confidence in discovering who they are. With 8 years of fundraising experience at nonprofits in Tulsa and beyond, Emma is looking forward to giving back to an organization and community which means so much to them.

They’re even happy to be back in the heat and humidity of Oklahoma… though cannot wait for fall!

We were excited to offer Day Camp this week for youth in grades 6–12.

From exploring, learning, creating and having fun, it was a great week filled with plenty of adventure.

YST hosted our national partners from Point Source Youth for a Community Kick Off to our new project Targeted Housing Assistance Program (THAP). Several community partners joined us to learn more about the work of Point Source Youth and the exciting new program. THAP is an innovative project that provides direct assistance to young people to prevent them from falling into homelessness. More info to come!
