🚨 DEA NATIONAL PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK DAY 🚨

The Tullytown Borough Police Department is proud to participate in the DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

This event gives our community a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused, unwanted, or expired prescription medications. Proper disposal helps prevent medication misuse, keeps potentially dangerous drugs out of the wrong hands, and protects our community and environment.

The Tullytown Borough Police Department extends our deepest condolences to the Philadelphia Police Department following the reported tragic loss of one of their officers in the line of duty.

We stand shoulder to shoulder with our brothers and sisters in Philadelphia as they mourn this devastating loss, while keeping the second officer, who remains critically injured, in our thoughts and prayers.

The law enforcement community is a family that extends far beyond the boundaries of any municipality. When one of us falls, we all feel the loss.

To the family, friends, and fellow officers of the fallen hero, we offer our heartfelt sympathy and unwavering support.

One badge. One family. Never forgotten.

Yesterday the Tullytown Borough Police Department joined our community in remembrance of the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the 2,977 innocent lives taken that day, including the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and everyday Americans who demonstrated extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We also remember those who have since lost their lives or continue to suffer from illnesses related to their service at Ground Zero.

Twenty-five years later, we remember their sacrifice, their courage, and the unity our nation showed in the days that followed.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🚔 National Night Out is Almost Here! 🚔

Join the Tullytown Borough Police Department on Tuesday, August 4, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM for National Night Out at Municipal Complex Park, located on Bristol Oxford Valley Road next to the Bristol Township Police Department.

We’re proud to join our neighboring law enforcement agencies and community partners for what promises to be one of the largest National Night Out celebrations in Bucks County.

This annual event is about far more than police vehicles and demonstrations. It’s an opportunity to strengthen the relationships between law enforcement and the communities we proudly serve. Meet the officers who protect our neighborhoods, ask questions, explore police equipment, and enjoy an evening focused on community, safety, and partnership.

We’re honored to stand alongside our colleagues from Bristol Township Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police – Trevose Station, and Amtrak Police Department, along with the many first responders and organizations helping make this event possible.

Be sure to stop by the Tullytown Borough Police Department table to meet our officers and say hello!

We look forward to seeing everyone on August 4th as we celebrate the partnerships that help keep our communities safe. We hope to see you there!

🎡 Opening Night is Here! 🎡

The St. Michael’s Fair officially kicks off tonight, and the Tullytown Borough Police Department is looking forward to seeing everyone out enjoying this great community tradition!

Our officers will be out and about on the fairgrounds throughout the evening to help ensure everyone has a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience. Don’t hesitate to stop by, say hello, or wave if you see us, we’re always happy to meet members of our community.

A few friendly reminders:
🚶‍♂️ Be aware of your surroundings.
🚗 Please be patient with increased traffic in the area.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Keep an eye on children and establish a meeting place if your group becomes separated.
🎟️ Most importantly, have fun!

🚨 EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING 🚨

The Tullytown Borough Police Department is reminding everyone to take precautions as dangerous heat and humidity impact our area.

Please help keep yourself and your family safe by:
💧 Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated.
☀️ Limiting outdoor activities during the hottest parts of the day.
❄️ Spending time in air-conditioned buildings whenever possible.
👕 Wearing lightweight, light-colored clothing.
🚗 Never leaving children, elderly individuals, or pets unattended in a vehicle, even for a moment.

We also ask our community to take a few minutes today to check on elderly family members, friends, neighbors, and anyone who may be vulnerable to the extreme heat. A simple phone call or visit can make a significant difference and may even save a life.

Heat-related illnesses can develop quickly. If you or someone else experiences confusion, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or other signs of heat stroke, call 911 immediately.

At the Tullytown Borough Police Department, we believe that protecting our community extends beyond responding to emergencies, it means looking out for one another every day.

Please stay safe, stay cool, and continue taking care of each other.

Today, the Tullytown Borough Police Department would like to wish a very Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, guardians, and father figures in our community.

Whether you’re coaching from the sidelines, helping with homework, working long hours to provide, or simply being there when your family needs you most, your impact is felt every day.

We’d also like to recognize and thank all the fathers who serve as first responders, police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, and others who answer the call when their communities need them most. Your commitment to protecting and serving others, while also being present for your families, is a responsibility that does not go unnoticed.

Thank you for your dedication, sacrifice, guidance, and love.

🎡 72nd Annual St. Michael’s Fair is right around the corner 🎡

Mark your calendars! The 72nd Annual St. Michael’s Fair returns to Levittown from July 2nd through July 12th, opening nightly at 6:00 PM.

This long-standing community tradition is one of the highlights of the summer, and we’re looking forward to seeing residents and visitors come together for eleven nights of fun and fellowship.
