(Dispatch) Dispatch ** 22:01 ** F-MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION-WITH ** HITCHINGS RD / MCLUSKY RD ** - **

Last night at 2201 hours, Otisco Fire was dispatched to South Onondaga, along with Navarino and Taunton, for a motor vehicle accident.

Otisco Cars 1, 2 & 3 and RP2 responded to the assignment. Members assisted with patient evaluations and packaging, as well as addressing hazards at the scene. A total of five ambulances were requested, with only minor extrication needed.

Units operated on scene for approximately 45 minutes before clearing and returning to service.

We are honored to stand alongside our fellow firefighters and community members as we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and recognize the bravery and sacrifice of the first responders who answered the call

This evening at 2042 hours, Otisco was alerted for a possible motor vehicle collision. Otisco Cars 1, 2, and 3, TP1, and SD2 responded to the assignment. Upon arrival, the Chiefs determined the incident involved a vehicle versus deer, with hazards requiring attention and an evaluation of the involved party. Members operated on scene for approximately 30 minutes before turning the scene over to the New York State Police.

This afternoon at 1519 hours, while Otisco Fire was attending the Town’s “End of the Year Summer Bash,” Otisco Fire was alerted for a vehicle fire secondary to a motor vehicle accident.

Otisco Cars 1 & 3, TP1, and SD2 responded to the assignment. Upon arrival, Otisco Chiefs confirmed a vehicle was into the ditch and on fire. The sole occupant was out of the vehicle and reported no injuries.

Members operated on scene for approximately 30 minutes, extinguishing the fire and addressing associated hazards. The scene was then turned over to the New York State Police.
