I am not going to be part of the new technological "revolution" so I
-loaded linux and or a stripped windows 10 on my 4 computers in order to remove any AI integration or recall function.
I got a Tuta and a proton EMail
so I never have to use Gmail or any google software
I bought a cell phone preloaded with the graphene OS
I use librewolf and vivaldi browsers with the search set to duck duck go or searx or ecosia
I MOSTLY stopped going on facebook and twitter/x

When you have lived in a world shaped by the few people who control the media and the politicians your whole life, your motivations, opinions, drives are all suspect. Those that control the west do so in a way that remove the power of the individual and any group that proposes to increase the power of the people. And now that lifespans are falling, diseases are rampant and news of their atrocities is everywhere it is hard to keep up the facade

So I was reading about heart disease and it seems like I should start taking some supplement to make my cholesterol go down, try and unclog arteries and lower my blood pressure. I read that Large dose of Taurine can help and there are these enzymes that have shown to help like Lumbrokinase, and Nattokinase. What I need to do I find out a regimen that was put together to help me live longer instead of making me a good patient. To that end I have to find out what they would treat me with in China where they have experience helping actual people live longer as an end in itself. I have a hard time trusting anything touched by the American medical establishment which is allowing everyone's lifespan to shorten.

I decided to get back into videogames by force. It would give me something to do other than studying the world decline. So I ordered up a Programmable PC game controller and downloaded a bunch of emulated switch games like Animal Crosssing, Mario Kart 8, Super mario Odyssey, Pikman 4. I also downloaded a bunch of PC games Including the new versions of Riven, Command and Conquer, Age of empire IV then I downloaded a bunch of puzzle type games like Title Pending, Moncage, Superliminal, Veiwfinder, Unpacking. I want to figure out how to load the new Fallout 4 London expansion deal and maybe buy Starfield. Odds are I will hate all these games and just continue gardening and lying in bed listening to crime shows on the Russian site. THe only thing I will be out is Time and $2.49 I paid for the steam version of Impossible creatures. Of And the controller was 20 bucks.

So far this works much better than facebook ever did for finding people to interact with. You can also block people that bug you. There do not seem to be and creepy Meta/Facebook algorithm. You get longer posts than twitter and the hashtag system works great to find interesting stuff. I also joined bluesky which is more like twitter and meta and they sometimes add a "intolerance" label but overall it is much friendlier and works better to meet people than Facebook/meta. I plan to be posting daily on these twop platforms until I eventually get kicked off when the pre-election crackdown on free speech rolls around. Hopefully more and more people will leave Israeli monitored social networks like this one.

It sucks to only have social platforms which want to erase your very existence as a leftist. I don't care if it is choked with drunk right wing idiots you can always block people. Once the democrats started demonizing free speech it really screwed up social media. At least on twiter i haven't found much censorship though. They allow people who have the same interests to hear each other. m It is a kinda useful thing. Facebook is just completely EVIL. It actively obstructs the creation of anything authentic. The only people i actually know on Facebook i met in other ways. Al today's billionaire are just sitting on basic ideas that should have been made public years ago. Corporations are not set up to know or provide for human needs. There is a new first world and we are not it.

So china took 850,000,000 people out of poverty and built the biggest economy and military in the world in the time it took the US to go from one worker supporting a family to two workers not supporting a family. All while bombing the rest of the world and killing millions
