Join us Thursday, June 4th, as the Sequoia Genealogical Society and guest speaker Jean Wilcox Hibben presents her program on how small details in genealogy records can significantly influence research.

Plant a Seed, Read! 🌱 📚

Join us on June 13, 2026, for our annual Summer Reading Program Kick-Off! From 10am - 1pm the library will have free carnival games with fun prizes, food vendors, and exciting live animal shows!

There will be 3 reptile shows at 10:15am, 11:30am, and 1:00pm, courtesy of ! 🐢🐍🦎

While you're at the library, you can get yourself (or your kids!) registered for the Summer Reading Program's Reading Challenge 😎 Our helpful staff will be here to answer any questions!

Call/visit the library for more details. Seats for reptile shows are limited- more information coming soon.

Our Poetry Jam is almost two weeks away! Sign up today to save your spot and present ✍️

This special program will be hosted by Art Consortium's Artist of the Year 2025-2026 and Loud Mouth Poetry Grand Slam Champion, Michael Jasso!

HOW TO SIGN UP:

To sign-up for this program, you must submit the required Google Form and have your choice of poetry approved (form available on our website or in-person at the library).

⚠️Deadline to Sign-Up: JUNE 1st, 2026

Poetry Jam Guidelines:
- All Ages Welcome
- Poetry may not contain explicit language, or explicit mature content.
- Presenter is allowed to present multiple poems during their time slot, so long as the combined presentation does not exceed the given time of 3 minutes.
- Costumes/props/instruments are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved.
