Congratulations Soroptimist International of Tulare! At the Sierra Pacific Region Conference this past weekend of May 15-17 our club was awarded the “gold” medal for bringing in the most new members. Thank you Maria Santos-Silva for receiving the award on our behalf.
Congratulations to Linda Martin for the honor of becoming a member of the Laurel Society, a prestigious donor, for contributing charitable donations amounting to a total of $1,000.
We also congratulate Maria Santos- Silva for graduating from Soroptimist International Leadership Class.

This past Saturday, May 9, at Rusty Roots in Tulare, Soroptimist International of Tulare had an opportunity drawing for a Mother’s Day basket valued at over $200 and Wyatt Luther of Visalia won it and surprised his mom with this wonderful gift just in time for Mother’s Day. Congratulations Wyatt and thanks to all who supported our cause.

Such a fun night at the museum!

We were honored with the presence of the third Live Your Dream recipient Meranda Hernandez at last night’s Business meeting. Meranda is continuing her education to become a nurse. SI of Tulare congratulates and wishes her well to accomplish her dream.

What a full Program Meeting of January 6!
We were introduced to two of three Live Your Dream scholarship recipients Priscilla Salmon and Tania Nunez. Scholarships are awarded to women who are head of household, have endured hardships and are now back in school to further their education to become self-sufficient. Congratulations to all.
A SOLT session was held concluding with a visit from the Tater Sisters: Hessy Tater, Dickie Tater, Irry Tater, Emmy Tater, Ajie Tater, Specky Tater and their cousin Par Tissy Pater.
