Join the Tucumcari Trash Toss on Saturday, April 18!

This community cleanup event is FREE for all city residents.
The landfill and tree dump will be open from 8 AM – 3 PM.
Residents will need to show the following:
• Current water bill
• Driver’s license
• One load per resident

**Only one dump load is allowed per resident, regardless of the number of properties owned. Owners of multiple properties MUST reside within the City of Tucumcari.**

***CLARIFICATION: THIS IS FOR PICKUP LOADS ONLY!!!***

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone and their needs to dispose of the waste, it does cost the City money and does impact the landfill cell capacity.
Apologies for any confusion this may have caused those that have gone to social media to express their frustrations!

In spite of the recent wave of negative comments about our city, and while we respect everyone's right to their opinion, constant berating does not contribute to progress.
Constructive feedback is always welcome. Repeated negativity without solutions is not helpful and does a disservice to those actively working to make a difference.
We remain focused on moving forward.
