The curriculum at Catalina Foothills High School is diversified to meet student needs, and our standards reflect our community's high expectations. The fact that over two-thirds of our students participate in at least one sport or activity is a tribute to our co-curricular and extracurricular programs having achieved an outstanding reputation during our short history. Within our physical education

curriculum, we offer one of only two high ropes courses in the area. There are extensive advanced placement courses for our accelerated students. A significant number of students are also dually enrolled at the high school and the University of Arizona or Pima Community College. From its inception, Catalina Foothills High School was intended to reflect the community it supports. We provide the facilities for many of its programs. In the evenings during the school year community classes are offered at our campus through the University of Arizona or Pima Community College. We also have a community orchestra that calls our campus home and includes performers from early secondary school age to senior community members. CFSD Social Media Guidelines

One of our students, Evie, is on the road to recovery, and there’s a sweet way for Tucson to rally around her. Swing by Chill N7 Nitrogen Ice Cream, mention “Evie’s Fundraiser” when you order, and a portion of your purchase goes directly to support Evie and her family.

Grab a treat, spread the word, and let’s come together for one of our own. Every cup makes a difference.

🏆 HOSA FINALISTS 🏆

Four CFHS students just placed in the top 32 teams in the NATION at the HOSA-Future Health Professionals national tournament in San Jose!

Zoya Zar, Nathan Wu, Soleil Sakali, and Benjamin Grandner won the Arizona state competition in April, then went on to beat out 2,000 teams nationwide to qualify for nationals. At nationals, they competed against the best teams in the country and earned their spot in the top 32.

"I am very proud of their hard work and commitment," said teacher Megan Kimball, who chaperoned the team.

This is what Deep Learning looks like: collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and excellence. So proud of these Falcons.
