Drop-Off & Pick-Up Reminders! 🚗
To keep our students safe and our car line moving smoothly, please keep these quick guidelines in mind:

Drive Slowly: The drop-off and pick-up area is a 15 mph zone.

Stay in Your Car: For car drop-off/pick-up, drivers must remain inside the vehicle so students can quickly hop in or hop out.

Need Extra Time or Assistance? If your child needs a little extra help or extra time, please park in the main parking lot and walk them up to the front entrance.

No Dogs on Campus: Per state law, dogs are not permitted on campus during walk-up pick-up or drop-off before and after school.

ACES families - Mark your calendars! Picture Retake Day is Thursday, October 29th!

If your student was absent on picture day or you would like them to have their picture retaken, please make sure they come ready to smile!

We will call students who were absent and have paid for pictures, followed by students who need retakes.

Need a retake? You can always call the ACES front office and let us know! We’ll add your student to our list and make sure they are called down to have their picture taken.

Mark your calendar! Bring your family, pack a picnic, and come make your mark! We’ll provide the chalk (or bring your favorite set), enjoy some awesome chalk art, and listen to tunes by DJ Clint. Hope to see you there!!!

ACES Families - SAVE THE DATE! TVHS Science is taking us to the next frontier!

All families are welcome to join us for Tanque Verde High School’s annual Science Night on Wednesday, October 28 from 5:00–7:00 PM! This community event is a chance to explore, discover, and celebrate science with our Hawks.

Bring the whole family and come see what happens when curiosity, creativity, and science collide. Admission is FREE and everyone is welcome!
