Progress isn't a straight line.
Some weeks you move forward.
Some weeks you circle back to something you thought you'd already worked through.
Both count.

We tend to picture growth as a steady climb, so when we slip or stall it can feel like failure. It isn't. Rest, setbacks, and starting over are part of how real change happens. The path bends. You're still on it.

Be patient with where you are today.
