For 19 incredible years, Becky has been the heartbeat of Los Amigos Tech Academy and the Sunnyside community. More than an Office Assistant, she has been our biggest cheerleader, our constant source of energy, and the spirit behind what makes LATA so special.

Becky came up with our guiding motto, "Love All Teach All” — words that
have shaped our culture, inspired our staff, and touched the lives of every Leopard who has walked our campus. Her positivity, dedication, and love for students and staff have left a legacy that will live on for generations. Becky didn't just support LATA... she helped build it into the Familia we are today.

You will be deeply missed, but your light will always shine here at LATA.

The Annual LATA Staff vs. 6th Grade Kickball Game was another one for the history books! 💥⚽️

🐆 6th Graders: 4

Our 6th graders came ready to battle, but the staff showed once again why experience matters! 😂 Huge shoutout to the Class of 2026 for bringing the energy, competitiveness, and FUN all game long.

Cue the music… 🎶 “We Are the Champions!” 🎶

This past week we celebrated the amazing heroes in our Health Office, Ms. Stephanie and Nurse Michelle! From bumps and bruises to big feelings and everything in between, our Health Office is always a busy place… but these two are always ready to help a Leopard in need with care, compassion, and a smile. 🩺🐆

Mr. Buckley has done a fabulous job inspiring our Leopards to explore, investigate, and appreciate the world around them. From studying nature to getting kiddos out near our rivers and ecosystems, he brings science to life in meaningful and engaging ways every single day.

Today we celebrate the incredible love, strength, sacrifice, and support you give each and every day. Thank you for being your child’s first teacher, biggest cheerleader, and guiding light. Your love and dedication help shape the hearts and minds of our Leopards, and we are so grateful for all that you do for our school community.

Ms. Elias is truly a bright ray of sunshine and positivity here at LATA! ☀️💙 Her passion, leadership, and heart for our school community shine through in everything she does. Whether she’s supporting our students, coaching and uplifting teachers, or helping lead our school forward, she always does it with kindness, energy, and a smile.

Her dedication to helping everyone grow and succeed does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for the love, encouragement, and positivity she brings to Los Amigos each and every day. Thank you, Ms. Elias, for being such an important part of what makes LATA so special!
