Did you know? Here are two quick facts about why we celebrate:
📜 Federal Holiday: Labor Day became an official U.S. federal holiday in 1894 under President Grover Cleveland.
⭐ Honoring Workers: The holiday was created to recognize and celebrate the hard work, contributions, and achievements of American workers who helped build our country!

Get those Coyote Howls ready! We are so excited to open our school store and give students a chance to "purchase" special items with their hard-earned rewards.

📍 Where: School Cafeteria

💡 Family Tip: Help your child feel confident and successful by stapling their Coyote Howls into groups of 10! This helps them count their "money" quickly and easily while shopping.

👧👦 Kindergarten Families: Parents of Kindergarten students are strongly encouraged to join and help their little ones shop at our store!

Our school is collecting aluminum pop tabs to support Ronald McDonald House Charities! Every single tab helps fund their mission of keeping families close to their children while they receive vital medical treatment.

How to Participate:
📥 Collect: Save aluminum tabs from soda, soup, or pet food cans in the sandwich bag provided (or any clean container from home).
🏫 Drop Off: Have your child bring them into their classroom to place in their designated tab bin.
🏆 Friendly Competition: Bins will be emptied bi-weekly and tracked to see which grade level brings in the most tabs!

If we do not have parents step up to run and support our PTA, we will be forced to discontinue it. Losing the PTA means losing many of the cherished annual events and traditions our students love!
