Pascua Yaqui Liogue Senior Center The goal of the LSC is to improve the quality of life through fostering an environment that reduces stress, where elders are treated with dignity and pride.

The LSC operates as a community focal point for the coordination of multi-purpose services and programs for the Tribal Seniors, who are living independently or with families in the community. To serve individuals aged 55 years or older to promote independence, personal enrichment and to enhance their quality of life. Who is eligible? Any Pascua Yaqui member who is 55 years or older, or a spouse of

. An official intake application is required to be completed for membership. Please contact the Liogue Senior Center for more eligibility requirements. Available Services
Nutritional Services: Congregate & home-bound delivered meals (Upon intake with a service provider)
Transportation Services: To and from the LSC, shopping, to pay bills, other outside agencies. Information & Referral to other Tribal Departments and outside resources. Health & Wellness: Enhance Fitness, diabetic/podiatry clinics, and other services. Ombudsman: State Certified Representatives. Adult Protective Services (APS): Investigates types of abuse, such as physical, sexual, financial exploitation, or neglect. Socialization: Bingo, arts & crafts, special outings/field trips.

Guadalupe Easter Picnic 2026

Today we held our annual Easter Picnic for our Guadalupe seniors! Here are some photos of the wonderful time we had! Great music, games, food and raffles. We hope all the seniors enjoyed themselves and indulged in a good time today!

We would like to thank all the Senior Center staff from both Guadalupe and Tucson as well as the other departments who came out to help to make sure the seniors had a great time!

🐰Easter Picnic 2026🐰

Today, the Senior Center hosted our annual Easter Picnic at Pueblo Park. With perfect weather, our seniors had a wonderful opportunity to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the day. Activities included lawn darts, long toss, an egg balance race, dancing, breaking the piñata, egg hunt, and plenty of delicious food. We hope everyone had a fantastic time and felt the joy of the Easter celebration!

We would like to thank the Senior Center staff for putting on this event and making sure all our elders had a great time thank you!

This is a reminder that the Senior Center will be closed starting Wednesday April 1st at noon through Monday April 6th and will reopen Tuesday April 7th at 8 am.

The following services will remain open: El Rio Health Center, Benefits Coordinators, Pascua Yaqui Pharmacy, Walupe Pharmacy, and Native Health.

Today, the Senior Center welcomed a visit from the Sahuarita Food Bank, who provided an informative presentation along with a food demonstration for our seniors. The featured dish was Pesto Chicken Tacos, which our seniors were happy to taste and approve of!

The Senior Center hosted its annual Valentine’s Day Party, and we had an amazing time! It’s always wonderful to see our elders enjoying themselves and sharing so many smiles. A big thank‑you to all the Senior Center staff for their hard work in making today’s event such a success.
