TMC offers a strong network of programs through the Senior Services department to support older adults and their family members. Educational opportunities, year-round wellness programming, memory training classes, support groups, advance directive and Medicare counseling as well as volunteer opportunities help seniors remain engaged in the community and have a better quality of life. Life doesn't stop as we age, and having a welcoming space to connect with others can make all the difference. TMC for Seniors offers aging adults a place to learn, exercise and socialize alongside fellow Southern Arizona residents. As a vital part of TMC Health, the program brings people together through meaningful connection and community.

In 2025, TMC for Seniors offered 478 programs and welcomed 6,212 attendees at in-person events—an impressive year of learning, movement and connection.

In case you missed it, the annual Salute to Centenarians celebration took place on May 1st, 2026. Nearly 40 centenarians gathered as TMC Health and the Pima Council On Aging honored attendees for their lives and accomplishments.
