Hazmat Spill overturned tractor trailer on Moreland Ave.

: The roadway is now back open.

DKPD is on the scene of an overturned tractor-trailer on Moreland Ave. at Thurman Dr. that is leaking fluid. The incident has forced the closure of Moreland Avenue between Henrico Road and E. Conley Road, which includes the exits from I-285 to Moreland. Please avoid the area. Updates to come
