I’m honored to be invited to serve as a Fruit Tree Expert and answer questions buyers may have. This my eighth year working with Food Well Alliance (and ALFI.)
Vendors & Exhibitors
Most of our vendors are offering FREE samples while a few vendors will have items for sale. Stop by there tables to enjoy a nice treat!
• Just Add Honey will have free hot and cold tea samples and loose leaf tea for sale.
• L & S Sweets will have free assorted deserts.
• Little Tart Bakery will have an assortment of free small pastries both sweet and savory.
• Mami’s Empanadas will have a variety of free empanadas including vegetarian options and strawberry cheesecake.
• Ms. Haylene “The Garden Queen” will have free sorrel team and pumpkin soup for sale.
• Plant Lady Juice Co. will have free organic pressed juice samples
• Retaaza will have a mini market with fresh produce for sale
• Roxie’s Cookies will have an assortment of free vegan oatmeal cookies.
• Ry’s Table will have a free fennel carrot sale with orange tahini dressing and will also be selling the salad dressing separately.

I hope many of you can attend my PowerPoint presentation about climate change on Monday, October 7 at the Emby Hills Library.

As many of you know, last year, I was awarded a certificate from Yale University after completing a three-course curricula on climate change, and a second one for completing a course on Religions and Ecology also from Yale. (I'm also a Master Gardener sanctioned by the University of Georgia Extension services, focused on growing fruit trees using permaculture principles.

As many of you know, I’ve written 12 books and over 2,000 articles on a broad variety of health, medical, technology and science subjects for a variety of organizations and publications. I am currently co-writing a book on climate change and global warming with an honors graduate from UGA who is pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at George Washington University.

I'm guessing these 2 Passion Flowers are especially delicious, judging by the "customers" at the bar! This is in my back...
