Happy Constitution Day! On this day, September 17, 1787, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the document in Philadelphia. It was a long day working at the Henrico convention for the selection of state candidates (Governor, Lt. Governor, and Attorney General) for this November’s election. I was delighted to see Governor Gilmore and honored to present him with a copy of my book, Preserving Liberty and Keeping the American Republic.
