Hi, we are the Troy Proctor's Foundation. Our mission is to protect and preserve the historic vaudeville/movie theatre on Fourth Street.

You have heard the rushed plans to repurpose the theatre as City Hall. The City’s current plan compromises this historic building's architectural integrity.

Your donation supports our work to ensure the City’s process includes the appropriate due diligence to ensure Proctor’s survives for future generations.

We are truly humbled by the outcome of the vote. We will continue to work to ensure we listen to people when they ask for transparency, accountability, and good governance.

Congrats to everyone who came out and voted for the change we need in Troy. Come to the City Council tomorrow. Tell them not to move forward with the final vote for Proctors until the new City Council is sworn in. Do not let the administration legislate a bad debt at the 11th hour.
