Church Street Rehabilitation Project - Construction Schedule Update

The City of Troy would like to provide an update on the ongoing Church Street Rehabilitation Project. Due to recent rainfall, the construction schedule has been adjusted slightly.

The contractor has provided the following updated schedule for concrete placement:

-Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00 AM
-Thursday, April 9 at 8:00 AM
-Friday, April 10 at 8:00 AM

Residents are asked to note that Friday, April 10 will be a high-early placement day for driveways. Following the concrete work, asphalt paving (HMAC) is currently scheduled for April 14, weather permitting.

We understand that construction can be disruptive, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as these improvements are completed. This project will enhance roadway conditions and improve long-term serviceability for the community.

Church Street Rehab Project – Construction Update

Thank you for the continued patience while we work through this project’s delay. This delay was completely outside of our control and was the result of a 3rd party company’s failure to locate AT&T’s communication lines in a timely manner.

As of this afternoon, the AT&T lines have been located, and the contractor is scheduled to begin working on Church Street this Thursday, Mar. 12th. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact City Hall.
