The Troy Rec Before and After School Program is specifically designed to meet the needs of elementary school-aged children. Busing is provided for students from Kyle, Heywood, Hook and Forest Schools and the program operates on all days school is in session.

Our Spring Open House is approaching! Join us on April 5th at 6pm to begin registration for the 2022-2023 school year for Smart Start Preschool and our Before and After School Programs. Most, if not all, of our spaces for next year will be taken that evening, so don't miss out! Doors will open at 6pm, but a line will form prior to that time. Numbers will be handed out at the door to preserve your place in line before you enter the building.

Registration opens on Monday, May 1st at 7:15am. Come to the Water Street entrance. Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis and our limited spaces are likely to fill that day. Download registration forms at troyrec.com to complete them in advance and avoid long delays.
