LCCOA {lah-KOH-ah} - the Lincoln County Council on Aging is a community center and meals program serving Lincoln County MO since 1978. We provide Meals on Wheels home-delivered meals and in-center lunches in Troy, Missouri Monday through Friday, reaching all 642 square miles of Lincoln County. Along with nutritious meals, LCCOA offers free activities, wellness classes, senior resources, volunteer

opportunities, and evidence-based programs designed to help neighbors of all ages live healthier, more connected lives. We are not just for seniors—our community center welcomes families, caregivers, veterans, and adults of every generation. Whether you come for food, friendship, education, or support, our mission is simple: Live Your Best Life.
