The boil advisory affecting water customers on Creekwood Drive, Legacy Court, Robinson Way, and Duke Court, along with county customers on Creekwood Drive and nearby areas, has been lifted. Thank you to our partners at Miami County for their ongoing communication throughout this process, and to residents for their patience.

UPDATE: While water has been restored to the affected area, residents of the neighborhoods of Creekwood and Mary Manor remain under a boil advisory at this time.

The following precautions still need to be followed until the necessary testing is done ensure the safety of those residents:

- Flush any tap used for drinking or cooking by running it for at least 3 minutes. Then bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute and allow it to cool before use. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and preparing food. Boiling kills bacteria and other harmful organisms.

- If you experience persistent gastrointestinal symptoms, contact your doctor.

Another temporary water shut-off is tentatively scheduled to occur on Friday during the day.

For any questions relating to the boil advisory, please contact the Miami County Sanitary Engineer’s Office at 937-440-5653.
