Happy Labor Day, TPL fans! The library is back in action Tuesday, Sept. 8. Here's what's going on this week:

📣🦖September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month! Ages 0-12 who sign up for their first TPL library card this month get a free goodie bag (while supplies last).

Sept. 8:
- Bookmobile Stop. Morse Elementary. 4:15–5:15 pm.
- Tween Advisory Board Meet-Up. TPL Cafe. 5–6 pm. Registration is open for grades 6-8.
- Trivia Night @ Granite City Food & Brewery. 6:30–8 pm. Registration required.
- TPL Author Talk: Daniel Kraus. Virtual event. 7–8 pm. Registration required.

Sept. 9:
- Bookmobile Stop. Charter Square Apartments. 4:15–5 pm.
Bookmobile Stop. Sommerset Apartments. 5:15–6 pm.
- Tween Anime Club Meet-Up. TPL Cafe. 6–7:30 pm. Registration is open for ages 10-13.
- Creative Writing Workshop with Heather Labay. TPL Meeting Room. 6–8 pm. Registration required.

Sept. 10:
- Page-Turners Book Club: Antidote by Karen Russell. TPL Meeting Room. 1–2 pm. Registration required.
- Bookmobile Stop. Wattles Elementary. 4:15–5:15 pm.
- Here's the Deal: Crazy 8s. TPL Story & Craft Room. 5–6 pm. Registration required.
- Intro to Python using Fiero Code for Teens. TPL Meeting Room. 6–7 pm. Registration open for grades 6-12.

Sept. 11:
- German Language Club. TPL Meeting Room. 10–11 am. No registration required.
- Talk Time: English Language Conversation Club. TPL Meeting Room. 10–11:30 am. No registration required.

Sept. 12: Bookmobile stops galore!
- Japanese Language Club. TPL Meeting Room. 10–11 am. No registration required.
- Bookmobile Stop. Canterbury Square Apartments. 10:30–11:15 am.
- Bookmobile Stop. Troy Villa Mobile Home Park. 11:30 am–12:15 pm.

Celebrate National Library Card Sign-Up Month by getting your child their very first library card at Troy Public Library! Children ages 0–12 who sign up for a new library card will receive an exclusive My First Library Card design and a swag bag* filled with fun goodies and resources.
