A message from Principal Sterner:
Families, I am excited to get the 2021-2022 school year off to a great start. Please help in making sure that all emergency medical forms and final forms are completed and all signatures are attached. This will ensure that laptops will be provided to your student in a timely manner and that they will be ready to attend school on the first day.

Important Dates;
Back to School Bash will be August 7th, 1-4 @ ELC campus.
School will start on August 16th. School hours are 9:00-3:10
Homeroom assignments will be posted on August 9th at Madison Park.
Open House will be on Wednesday August 11th from 4:30-6:00
Teachers will be contacting you during the week of August 9-13th.
Uniforms are Red tops and black pants or shorts with close toed shoes.

We have confirmed the 2021-2022 uniforms for Trotwood-Madison students in PreK - 8th grade.

👕 All students in PreK - 5th grade will wear black pants and a red shirt.
👕 Students in 6th - 8th will wear khaki pants and their coordinating class color: 6th is red, 7th is white, and 8th is black.

These may be purchased from any store as long as they are solid color shirts with a collar.

Chelsea Elliott, MSW, is the author of Natalie the Monster Slayer and founder of Bedtime Memories Publishing Co. As the parents of two little girls, she and her husband enjoy telling and writing bedtime stories that are fun, inspirational, and educational. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Macro Social Work, she is dedicated to finding creative ways to help children learn how to express their emotions in healthy and meaningful ways. Chelsea is in the process of writing six more books to go along with her mental health series. When she is not writing, she enjoys spending time watching television and funny movies with her husband and kids.

Madison Park students enjoyed listening to her read her book on Feb. 5.

Twin sisters Maya and Mariah Manson are currently elementary teachers. The pair were born and raised in Dayton, Ohio to Stacy and Gregory Manson. The twins have always had a passion for writing from a young age. At the age of 14, the twins grew closer to God and started serving in different ministries at Potter's House Dayton International Ministries. The twins attended Chaminade Julienne High School and continued to perfect many God given talents. In 2017, the sisters graduated from Northern Kentucky University with bachelor's degrees in elementary education. In 2020, the sisters graduated with master's degrees in curriculum and instruction from the University of Cincinnati. The Divine Sisters series started with a dream Maya had in 2018. In this dream, God was telling her that she was a superhero. Several dreams and revelations later the The Divine Sisters Series was formed.
