🚒 Join us on Saturday, July 25 as we celebrate 100 years of the Pillow Fire Company with our 100th Anniversary Celebratory Parade at 2:00 P.M.

The parade will feature fire companies, antique trucks, engines, rescue units, special units, tankers, ladders, floats (ALL PARTICIPANTS WELCOME), and more. No registration is required for parade participants, with judging taking place from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.

After the parade, head to the carnival grounds at 3:30 P.M. for the Fire Company Awards Presentation and to see the parade winners announced. Food stands will be open, with chicken BBQ at 5:00 P.M., so stick around and enjoy the celebration!

We hope to see you there as we celebrate 100 years of service to the community. 🚒

If you stop by hoping to see our apparatus, please note that our trucks will be providing fire and rescue coverage for the Line Mountain 3.5 Miler Race. While they may be away from the station, they will remain in service and available to respond to emergency calls if needed.

A local Fire Chief recently experienced a fire at his own residence. This is someone who has always put others before himself dropping everything at a moment’s notice to serve his community and help those in need.

Now it’s our turn to stand behind him. We’re keeping him and his family in our thoughts as they recover and rebuild. The fire service is more than a job or a title; it’s a family, and we take care of our own.

Wishing him strength and a speedy recovery in the days ahead

On Sunday June 7th, longtime volunteer and Assistant Chief Haupt suffered a devastating house fire, resulting in the loss of their home and many personal belongings. As someone who has dedicated countless hours to serving and protecting our community, the family now needs our support during this difficult time. Any donation will make a meaningful difference and help ease the burden.
