The Urban Enterprise Zone Authority (UEZA) team proudly congratulates Commissioner Jacquelyn Suarez on her continued service as Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs under the new administration.

Commissioner Suarez’s dedication to supporting local governments, addressing veteran homelessness, and strengthening small businesses has made a meaningful impact across our state. Her leadership will be instrumental as DCA continues its critical work to reform permitting processes, expand housing opportunities, and promote shared services to help lower costs for New Jersey residents.

We look forward to continuing our work together to support communities, businesses, and a more affordable Garden State. Congratulations, Commissioner Suarez—we’re excited to remain part of the team! 🌟

I am thrilled to announce that current Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs, Jacquelyn Suarez, has agreed to continue to serve the people of New Jersey as the Commissioner of DCA in my administration.
